Title:
UNDERLAYER CUSHIONING SHEET, AND WATERPROOF STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016132946
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underlayer cushioning sheet that accelerates curing of a coat and curtails work period, without affecting ease of coating work, when implementing waterproofing work using a single-component (moisture-curing) waterproof material.SOLUTION: An underlayer cushioning sheet is provided that is installed on a surface of a substrate 20, and a waterproof coat is formed on the underlayer cushioning sheet. The underlayer cushioning sheet includes a cushioning layer 12 having an overlapped surface 12a, and a curing promotion layer 11 having a coat formation surface 11a on a side opposite the overlapped surface 12a. The coat formation surface 11a of the curing promotion layer 11 has a waterproof coat of a polyurethane resin, formed by applying a single-component liquid waterproof material. The curing promotion layer 11 contains a reactive material that reacts with the liquid waterproof material, and either [1] or [2] below applies to the reactive material: [1] containing a functional group that reacts with isocyanate contained in the liquid waterproof material; or [2] forming a functional group that reacts with a component of the liquid waterproof material, by reacting with a latent curing agent contained in the liquid waterproof material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
