Abstract:
To provide an underpants type diaper of a simple structure capable of preventing a fitted absorbent pad from being displaced in the state that a wearer wears it.SOLUTION: An underpants type diaper 20 has an absorbent pad 10 attached by a male type hook-and-loop fastener 15 provided for the absorbent pad 10. The underpants type diaper 20 is provided with: a top sheet (a first sheet 31, a second sheet 43) which the male type hook-and-loop fastener 15 is attachable/detachable to/from and an elastic member 50 which stretches in the width direction an attachment range 60 where the male type hook-and-loop fastener 15 of the top sheet (the first sheet 31, the second sheet 43) is attached.
