This wear 20A comprises pants 21 and an outer sheet 22. This wear 20A is so formed that the leg openings 27 of the pants 21 are formed of upper openings 30 opened in the both sides of front/rear waist areas 23 and 25 and lower openings 31 opened in the both sides of the inside leg area 24; and leg circumferential edge parts 29 of the pants 21 are formed of a waist part 34 extending to the front/rear waist areas 23 and 25, and inside leg part 35 extending to the inside leg area 24. The wear 20A is attached with elastic members 36 in the leg circumferential parts 29 of the pants 21, upper/lower edge parts 39 and 41 and an intermediate part 40 of the outer sheet 22 are attached with elastic members 44, 45 and 46, the upper edge part 39 of the outer sheet 22 is fixed to a waist circumferential edge part 28 of the pants 21, and the intermediate part 40 and the lower edge part 41 of the outer sheet 22 are fixed to a waist circumferential central part 42 of the front/rear waist circumferential areas 23 and 25 of the pants 22.
