Title:
TORCH CLEANER DEVICE FOR WELDING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3186274
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To remove a foreign substance in a welding torch by providing a foreign substance sucking device having a suction nozzle between a gas nozzle and a wire nozzle of double constitution.
CONSTITUTION: The arc welding torch 2 is constituted so that the gas nozzle 61 and the wire nozzle 62 double inside and outside. The foreign substance sucking device 6 wherein the suction nozzle 32 to remove the foreign substance stuck by suction is inserted is then provided between both nozzles 61 and 62. When the air is then sucked from the suction nozzle 32, the air flows in from the interval between the gas nozzle 61 and the suction nozzle 32 of the torch 2 tip. Consequently, while the welding torch is fitted, the foreign substance in the torch can be completely removed and continuous welding work is made possible.
