Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent excess of drainage discharge from a water tank at a time of start-up of a submerged combustion-type vaporizer.SOLUTION: A submerged combustion-type vaporizer 1 comprises: a water tank 11; a middle bath 42 communicating with the water tank; an overflow weir 43 provided to the middle bath at a height of a water level in operate time to maintain the water level of the water tank in equal to or lower than an appointed operate period water level while driving of a carburetor body; a drainage 44 constructed to drain water over the overflow weir and flowed from the middle bath; and water level adjust piping 5 placed at a height position corresponding to a shut down period water level to maintain the water level of the water tank to the shut down period water level lower than the operate period water level during the shut down period of the carburetor body, and communicating the middle bath and the drainage by bypassing the overflow weir.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
