To provide an underwater exercise instruction system by which proper instruction information by a trainer is displayed by images and the lack of trainers can be eliminated by effectively instructing a large number of users.
The underwater exercise instruction system providing a various kinds of information relating to the instruction of underwater exercise to the users using exercising apparatus 2 underwater has a control means 5d which reads out individual information or individual menu of the user corresponding to discriminating number preliminarily allocated to an operation means 4 from a memory 5c, starts the movement based on the individual menu, and displays the method of using the underwater exercise instrument 2, exercise procedure, and exercise course controlling a display means 6 when the exercising start instruction is sent from the operation means 4, compares detected signals with the reference value of the memory 5c when the detected signals are sent in series from a detecting means 3e, and repeats movement displaying instructing information which becomes optimum exercise for the user on a screen by calculating an objective value, and displays the exercise result and achieved degree or others on the screen at the time of completion of the underwater exercise.
