To provide a submerged floating type device capable of adjusting attitude of a device body while suppressing enlargement of the device body and complication of inside structure of the device body.SOLUTION: A submerged floating type device M includes: a submerged floating type power generator 1; a ballast tank 30 provided outside the submerged type power generator 1; a plurality of linear wires 31 for connecting the submerged type power generator 1 and the ballast tank 30; and a taking-up device 35 composed to be capable of taking in and letting out the wires 31 for adjusting the length of each wire 31 between the submerged type power generator 1 and the ballast tank 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
