Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater lighting device capable of uniformly emitting light in a downward direction of the device in a wide range, and also to provide a water purification device for cut flowers using the same.SOLUTION: A light emitting diode (LED) element 1, a diffusion lens 2, a light guide member 3 comprised of a light guide rod portion 31 and a light guide plate portion 32, and a light guide cover 4 are provided in order from the top. A conical cavity is provided in a center bottom portion of the light guide plate portion 32, and a light control surface OS1 is formed to face the cavity, with an inclination angle θ of, for example, 45°. A sealed space formed by the light control surface OS1 of the light guide plate portion 32 and the light guide cover 4 forms an air layer A. A light control surface OS2 at the bottom of the light guide cover 4 is a flat surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
