PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater lighting device that operates in accordance with water level variation and can light underwater even when the water level is lowered.SOLUTION: An underwater lighting device 10 includes a lighting fixture 2 supported to a post 12 attached while being suspended at an internal wall surface of a water tank 8. The lighting fixture 2 is constituted of: a light-emitting part 4 disposed on a water surface; and a cylindrical lamp body 14 connected to the light-emitting part 4, of which part is disposed underwater to exert buoyancy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
