Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily replace components at a low cost in the case of the damage of a diffusion preventing unit or the like of a diffusion preventing device.
SOLUTION: A connecting means 7 disposed between the diffusion preventing units 6, 6 is provided with a connecting buoyant body 19 disposed between both opposed end parts of body buoyant bodies 13 in the diffusion preventing units 6, 6 to float on the water surface and having a longitudinal length L1 shorter than the length L2 of the body buoyant bodies 13; connectors 20 for connecting the respective body buoyant bodies 13 to the connecting buoyant body 19; a curtain 21 extending longitudinally and vertically in the water 14 with its upper edge connected to the connecting buoyant body 19 and having a longitudinal width dimension W1 shorter than the width dimension W2 of a curtain 16; and a rope body 31 with one end part 28 connected to the connecting buoyant body 19 and with the other end part 29 installed at the water bottom 15 and moored to an anchor 30.
