Abstract:
To provide an underwater pump that can ensure cooling of an underwater motor.
The underwater pump includes: a multi-stage pump 13 housing a plurality of impellers; an outlet casing 14 connected to the uppermost stage of the multi-stage pump 13, and for supplying high-pressure water pressurized in the multi-stage pump 13 to a secondary side; an inlet casing 11 connected to the lowermost stage of the multi-stage pump 13, and for supplying water to the multi-stage pump 13; an underwater motor 10 connected to the inlet casing 11; a flow path member 17 for covering the inlet casing 11 and the underwater pump 10, and allowing a gap between the underwater motor 10 and the interior surface thereof to be a predetermined cross-sectional area.
