Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the underwear having good heat insulating effects by mix spinning polyurethane elastic fiber containing a metallic oxide such as alumina and platinum as essential components therein.
CONSTITUTION: The objective underwear is obtained by mixing one more metallic oxides selected from alumina, silica and titania as an essential component in polyurethane elastic fiber (preferably spandex) and mix spinning 2-5% resultant polyurethane elastic fiber containing the metallic oxides with cotton fiber so as to arrange the cotton fiber on the contact side with the human body.
