To provide underwear for the upper body with a pocket for storing a tube for peritoneal dialysis.

The underwear for the upper body with the pocket includes an underwear body (1) and the pocket (2). The front part of the underwear body (1) is provided with a fastener (3) such as a hook-and-loop fastener, a string or a button, and a part of an overlap part of the underwear body (1) and pocket (2) is provided with a hole (4) for pulling out the tube. A cloth for forming the hole is used also as a stay cloth (5) of the pocket (2), and the upper part of the hole (4) is provided with a hook-and-loop tape (6) for fastening the underwear body (1) and the pocket (2). The pocket (2) is provided with a partition (7) for putting a tip portion and the tube separately.
