Abstract:

To provide a liquid concentrate processor capable of efficiently washing a channel, and an operation method of the liquid concentrate processor.SOLUTION: There is provided an operation method of a liquid concentrate processor which comprises: a filter 10 for filtering a liquid concentrate; and a concentrator 20 into which a filtrate filtered by the filter 10 is supplied, which concentrates the filtrate for forming concentrated liquid. The filter 10 comprises: a main body part 11 comprising an internal space 12h separated from a channel into which the liquid concentrate is supplied, by a filter member; a liquid concentrate supply port 11a and a washing fluid supply port 11b which are separated from the internal space 12h of the main body part 11 in a liquid-tight state, and are respectively connected to one/the other of both ends of the channel into which the liquid concentrate is supplied; and a filtrate discharge port 11c connected to the internal space 12h. In filtration and concentration work, in a state of closing the washing fluid supply port 11b, the liquid concentrate is supplied into the liquid concentrate supply port 11a, in washing work, the washing fluid supply port 11b is opened for flowing the washing fluid to a space between the liquid concentrate supply port 11a and the washing fluid supply port 11b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
