Title:
UNEVEN PART SHADOW COLORING METHOD BY AIR SPRAY COLORING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11244773
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To obtain a deep finish by applying a hypochlomic or hyperchromic coloring agent on a decorative plate in which a hyperchromic or hypochromic coloring agent is applied in advance on a substrate surface by an airless spray from the direction crossing the extension direction of the uneven part of the substrate surface, with an angle to a substrate plate surface adjusted.

The surface of a substrate 1 is coated in advance with, for example, a hyperchromic coloring agent by a roll coater and others to make a film of a given thickness to obtain a decorative plate in which a hyperchromically colored layer (peta-ink layer) 3 is formed. On the decorative plate, for example, a hypochromic coloring agent is applied uniformly from the direction crossing the extension direction of an uneven part of a substrate 1 surface, with an angle to the substrate plate surface of a spray nozzle 2 adjusted, by an airless spray so that parts to be shadow parts of one side of recession part groove 5 and one side of a projection part 6 are uncoated parts to form a hyperchromic colored layer 4. Here, implementation by the combination of a colored color and a colorless color is possible.
