This unevenness-correcting cosmetic is characterized by containing 1-10 mass % component (a), a partially crosslinked type organopolysiloxane polymer, 0.05-1 mass % component (b), a partially crosslinked type polyether-modified organopolysiloxane polymer, 10-30 mass % component (c), a powdery material having 1.3-1.5 birefringence, a component (d), a silicone oil and a component (e), water, and having a mass ratio of the component (a) to the component (b) {(a)/(b)} of 10-50.
