PURPOSE: To prevent an intermediate water leakage by forming a valve plate with a moving disk and a fixed disk, and providing a valve structure having a watertightness holding means and an opening means of both disks.
CONSTITUTION: When the communication hole 36 of a moving disk 39 coincides with the water flow hole 42 of a fixed disk 44 in the same phase, the water flow state is attained. When a lever handle is operated CW from this position, the water stop state is attained. When the moving disk 39 is set to the position shown in the figure, the drainage state is attained. The communication hole 36 of the moving disk 39 is not concurrently communicated with the water flow hole 42 and drain hole 43 of the fixed disk 44 during the rotation of the moving disk 39, and no intermediate water leakage occurs. The elastic force of a spring 45 is applied to the lower face of the fixed disk 44 from the same direction as the applying direction of the water pressure together with the water pressure, thus the rotary sliding surface between the moving disk 39 and the fixed disk 44 is invariably kept at the adhesive state even when it is abraded, and the watertightness against abrasion can be sufficiently guaranteed.
