Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-resistance magnetic film with an adequate uniaxial magnetic anisotropy, high saturation magnetization, and good high-frequency characteristics in permeability.
SOLUTION: A uniaxial magnetic anisotropic film is represented by a general formula, (Col-aFea)100-x-yMxOy, where M is one or two kinds of elements out of Al, Dy, Er, Gd, Hf, Li, Mg, Nd, Sc, Sr, Tm, Y, Yb or Zr. A composite ratio of (a) is below 0.3, and 8<x<12, 27<y<37, and 36<x+y<48 on an atom basis with a small quantity of impurity (at.%). The anisitropic magnetic field ranges from 50Oe to 100Oe, the saturation magnetic flux density is above 8kG, and electric resistivity value ranges from 300μΩcm to 1500μΩcm.
