To dispense with adjusting work when changing a kind of material to enable even an unskilled worker to perform work easily and postively and eliminate the dispersion of a wound form by integrating inner rotor type motor structure into a winding force generating part inside a winding clutch.
The structure of a winding clutch is inner rotor type structure with a rotor 2 stuck to a hollow iron core 3 inside a stator 1. Energy consumed at a coil terminal end part 5 is converted into heat energy by torque generated by the stator 1 and rotating the rotor 2, and the stator 1 and rotor 2 are also heated to lower magnetic force. In order to prevent such defect, heat energy is converged on the side face of the winding clutch and efficiently radiated from a hub 4 to obtain stable torque. Furthermore, the coil terminal end part 5 is short-circuited to obtain generated torque 7.
