To provide a unification structure of a tube and a shaft, an electromagnetic relay utilized a unification structure and a manufacturing method of a construction provided with the unification structure, which enables fixing accurately the shaft and tube having the shaft inside in a short time at any points.

The unification structure comprises the shaft 32 and the tube 44 which has an insertion hole 44a for the shaft 32. The shaft 32 is intercalated into the insertion hole 44a. A hole peripheral surface 44b arranged at the end of an insertion hole 44a, and an end surface 32d provided on the side of the hole peripheral surface 44b are intersected with each other. An intersection point P is welded, where is intersected between an inside fringe 44e of a hole girth surface 44b and an outside fringe 32e of a shaft edge 32d.
