PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a widely open lower-story ceiling space to enhance the degree of freedom for installation of facility boxes or the like in a lower story, while using a building unit whose floor panel is set in a position higher than the level of the lower end of the unit, by butting the outer edge portion of the floor panel against the inner surface portions of wall panels.
SOLUTION: In this unit building 10, an upper-story building unit 21 has the outer edge portion of the floor panel 21A butted against the inner surface portions of the wall panels 21B-21D and the floor panel 21A is set in a position higher than the level of the lower end of the unit 21. Also, the wall panel 21B which has a setback has its lower end set in a position higher than the level of the lower end of the unit 21.
