In a unit building 10, an opening is formed in an outside side face of a unit structure, and a hood part 12 projecting outward from the upper part of the opening is provided. In this arrangement, a partition panel 71 is removably and changeably attached to the opening, having a movable wall rotatably journalled along the side edge of the opening so as to close the opening K in a stored condition and to be positioned at a side of a space below the hood part 12 in an opened condition so as to close the space below the hood part 12 defined between the movable wall 12 located at the side of the space below the hood part 12, and the hood part 12.
