The method for constructing a facility for culturing plants with the plant culture units comprises setting one or plural container-like planters P partially having the drainage holes 10 to a construction place, receiving the bag-like members A receiving the soil S and produced from the natural fiber-based raw material into the planters P, spraying water on the surfaces of the bag-like members A to wet the bag-like members A, and subsequently leveling the bag-like members to construct the facility in a state enabling the culture of the plants.
