Abstract:
To provide a unit for an electrostatic filter, charged without performing charging process, capable of suppressing time degradation of a collection characteristic; and to provide the electrostatic filter.SOLUTION: A unit for an electrostatic filter contains patterns (first pattern layer 101 and second pattern layer 102) comprising each of at least two kinds of materials having each different work function, and contains repeatedly a structure in which each pattern comprising mutually different materials has a contact mutually, in which a work function difference between the materials constituting mutually contacted patterns is 1 eV or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
