PURPOSE: To cut off the transmission of pitch-and-roll movement and vibration of floating construction such as a boat or so by suspending a unit house at the middle part of the roof face thereof in the swingable manner via a hanger from one of supporting beams which are arranged in parallel with each other at appropriate heights measured from the floor face of the construction.

CONSTITUTION: Supporting beams 2 and 2' which are parallel with each other are arranged above the floor 1 of a floating construction such as a boat, marine structure or so at appropriate heights. A unit house 3 is in a swingable manner suspended at the middle part of the roof face thereof from the upper one 2' of the supporting beams via a hanger 4. As the alternative, resilient materials 6 may be disposed between the lower beams 2'. Fittings 5 and stoppers 7 are provided in order to prevent the unit house 3 from being subjected to intense pitch and roll. The construction may cut off intense pitch and roll movement, weak vibration and so on, hence safeguarding various kinds of electronic equipments or so inside the unit house 3.
