Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce a construction period by simplifying the work of constructing a kitchen and sanitary space in constructing a building.
CONSTITUTION: A wall portion 9 is placed upright on a floor portion 7. A washing-machine room 8 is provided above the floor portion 7. A faucet 13 is provided on the wall portion 9. A flexible feedwater pipe 14 is connected to the faucet 13. A sewer pipe 15 is connected to the bottom of the washing machine room 8. The extra length of the feedwater pipe 14 is enclosed while being wound in a storage space S formed in the floor portion 7.
