Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit supporter which facilitates observation of a narrow assembly common difference between a module rail and a side wall part, and contains screw coupling having high load capability and stable during a long period.
SOLUTION: A module rail 4 is coupled to a parallel side wall 3, and thereon a guide rail along which a circuit board is inserted is fixed. A fixing screw 8 comprises a screw head part 11 having a flat support face 13, a cylindrical screw, axis part 12, and an intermediate part 19 which is disposed therebetween and becomes finer conically towards the screw axis part 12. When passed through a fixing hole 9 of the side wall 3 and screwed in a hole 10 of the module rail, the intermediate part is abutted against an outer edge of a fixing hole, and the module rail is pressed against a projection part 17 disposed downward or upward of the fixing hole, and accurate positioning of the module rail can be attained with the side wall being used as reference. Further, the outer edge of the fixing hole is deformed by the intermediate part and a support face of the screw heat part is mounted on the side wall.
