Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a unit house with a wide balcony by installing a balcony section as being continuously contacted with a living room section on the side facing the balcony of a building unit as the constituent of a unit type building while the balcony section is continued to a balcony unit mounted outside the building.
CONSTITUTION: A balcony section 3 and a living room section 4 are set up into a specific building unit 2A facing a balcony in a plurality of building units 2 constituting a unit type building 1. The floor face of the balcony section 3 and the floor faces of balcony units 7, 8, 9 installed outside the building 1 are continued. The building unit 2A with the balcony section 3 is arbitrarily positioned and combined. Accordingly, a house with the wide balcony can be acquired easily.
