Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit form device which can realize high strength enough to withstand pressure when placing concrete even in a structure in which a plurality of cell forms are lined up, and which is highly practical.SOLUTION: In a unit form device 10 for forming a molding wall surface type of a concrete construction by connecting cell forms 12 vertically and horizontally, each cell form 12 comprises a concrete panel 16, a frame shaped rib 18 erected in a square frame shape along an outer shape of the stay surface side of the concrete panel 16, a short rib 20 erected on the inside of the square frame shaped rib 18, and fitting recessed portions 22 provided to a short side rib 18b and a short rib 20 of the frame shaped rib 18 in the same vertical phase so as to fit to the waist circumference of the identical straight pillar respectively. The unit form device 10 includes a through pillar 14 detachably fitted over the short side rib 18b and the short rib 20 of the frame shaped rib 18 of each of the plurality of cell forms 12 in a state where the plurality of cell forms 12 are arranged side by side and connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
