Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform exchange of a hand for holding a work and a working machine, making a pair, according to a work when a kind and the outer shape size of the work are changed by a method wherein the working machine is removably mounted on a box body through an automatic exchange device.
CONSTITUTION: When the layout of the interior of a factor is varied, a plurality of devices, such as a robot 3, a rough burr removing device 4, a sand-falling device 5, a gate cutting device 6, a cooling device 7, and a stamping device 8, are moved at one time as a result of a box body being moved to a new installation place. Besides, even when a kind and the outer shape size of a using work W are changed, a robot hand 21 (take-out hand 23, a sand-falling hand 24, for holding a work and a working machine (a hammer 4b, a hammering device 5b) for the rough burr removing device 4 and the sand-falling device 5 are exchanged according to the work W.
