The building main bodies 2, 3 are spacedly arranged on a foundation 4 by a gap S of distance L, external walls and corner walls formed out of ALC are fitted to the opposed external faces of the respective building main bodies 2, 3, roofs 7, 8 are separately provided on the upper faces of the respective building main bodies 2, 3 and connected together with a connecting roof material 9, and hence a multiple dwelling house 1 constituted of unit type buildings is built.
