To provide a fixing device, which reliably provides a stable fixed state, for example, when an anchor bolt to be buried in a base is installed upright on a leveling concrete, and which facilitates adjustment of a horizontal position and leveling, if necessary.
A universal fixing device is provided, including: a nut part 41 to be threadedly engaged with a bolt 21 protruding from a fixed part 31; an annular interposed part 51 having a tightened face 53 to be tightened by the nut part 41 and having a through-hole 52 having a diameter larger than the diameter of the bolt 21; and a washer part 61 which includes a convex spherical face 62 protruding toward the interposed part 51 side so as to slidably receive the interposed part 51 along the convex spherical face 62, and a flat abutment face 63 to be abutted on a tightened face 32 of the fixed part 31, and which has a through-hole 64 where the bolt 21 penetrates.
