Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize safe grinding of a kitchen knife over again by fitting a grinding stand to a drainboard.
CONSTITUTION: A grinding stand main body 1 is fitted and fixed to a part on this side of a drainboard through points 2, 3 which are slidable back and forth. Large and small grindstones are fixed to a slidable part C provided on the upper part of the grindstone main body 1. A rubber board D is fitted to said part C as a nonskid member.
