PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a universal head device capable of efficiently washing a photographic window with a smaller amount of a wash, and having a washer function and a wiper function.SOLUTION: The universal head device for washing a photographic window and having a washer function and a wiper function comprises means for automatically performing panning and/or tilting so that a wash injected from the washer function is sprayed to the photographic window while moving to left and right directions.
