PURPOSE: To prevent a health hazard due to vibration, silicosis and an accident, and contribute to shortening of a construction period in a universal installing tool devised to perform installing work on a power shovel regardless of the angle direction of a work surface without relying on a rock drill and an excavator to be used in slope face-inclined face work such as afforestation to restore a landslide site and to prevent an earth and sand flow.

CONSTITUTION: When a rock drill and an excavator are installed on a bucket of a power shovel, these are installed by a devised universal installing tool by using a universal joint and a shaft of a car or a corresponding product. The tool is composed of an iron plate 3 to which a point tooth claw to be installed on the bucket is welded and an angle plate 6 by installing a universal joint 7, a coil spring 10, a spline yoke 15, a T-shaped reinforcing reinforcement 16 or the like on this, and the reinforcing reinforcement 16, the machine drill and the excavator are installed by a rubber band using a tire tube.
