To provide a universal poultice paster allowing a user to paste a poultice by inserting the poultice into a poultice feeder without peeling off a film of the poultice, rotating a poultice setting knob to a stop position, holding a grip of a handle of a paster body, and drawing the poultice in the direction of the handle while pressing the grip against a place where the user wants to paste the poultice.

A film winding roller 2 for taking up the film on the surface of the poultice and a holding/carrying roller 3 for holding and carrying the rear surface of the poultice are attached parallel to a body frame 1 with a micro-gap in-between. Further, weak adhesive tapes 4 and 5 on the surface of the film winding roller 2, a poultice rear surface separation support plate 6, a touch sensor 7, an oscillating spring wire 8, the poultice setting knob 10, a zero point position setting and stop scale plate 9, the poultice feeder 11, a poultice peeler 12, a handle bar attaching plate 13, a cell sponge 16 glazed to the shaft of the poultice rear surface holding/carrying roller 3, a poultice size adjusting adaptor 22, and a roller shaft 23 are attached.
