Abstract:

To easily clean an unloader in safety and to efficiently remove the residual deposit.

This belt conveyor-type unloader comprises a feeder part 20 for supplying a powder and granular material to a conveyor side, a vertical conveying part 18 including a conveyor 24, a bend part 16 and a horizontal boom 14. This cleaning device comprises air nozzles 68, 54, 40 opened toward the feeder part 20, the bent part 16 and a casing of the horizontal boom 14, and independent compressed air jetting means respectively composed of air tanks 64, 50, 38 connected to the nozzles and operation valves 66, 52, 42. The compressed air is instantaneously released by the operation valves to fluidize the deposited powder and granular material, whereby the accumulated residue can be cleaned and removed.
