To provide an unloading apparatus and a truck, which enable unloading work in stable conditions without displacing or deforming a press member.
According to the unloading apparatus, the press member 4 moves horizontally when a mobile plate 2 moves horizontally toward an opening 47 and stays at its original position when the plate 2 moves back horizontally toward the opposite side of the opening. The lading is unloaded from the opening 47 through the above horizontal moves of the mobile plate. The press member 4 has receiving mechanisms 103 which receives a pressing force acting upward on the press member 4. The receiving mechanism 103 have guide members G extending in the reciprocating direction of the mobile plate 2 and arranged inside side wall members 3, respectively. The press member 4 has first bearing bodies 104 each of which is in contact with each guide member G under it.
