Upper rollers are arranged at a certain space along the reciprocating direction for rolling on upper faces 24a, 25a of the guide rails 24, 25 and lower rollers 27a, 27b are arranged under the upper rollers 28a, 28b for rolling on lower faces 24b, 25b of the guide rails 24, 25, both of which are attached to the thrust member 4.
