Locking members 62 locked to engaging members 61 arranged inside guide rails 31 for guiding the opening/closing movement of a shutter curtain 30, to lock the totally closed shutter curtain 30, are turnably arranged at both cross direction ends of the shutter curtain 30. Locking of the shutter curtain 30 by a locking device 80 with the engaging members 61, locking members 62, and the like is unlocked by performing the moving operation of a manual operating member 68 connected to the locking members 62 by connecting means 71 with corded members 65, in the opening moving direction of the shutter curtain 30. The locking members 62, the manual operating member 68 and the connecting means 71 are arranged at a seat plate 51 of the shutter curtain 30.
