PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amphibious unmanned aerial vehicle capable of flying in the air and navigating on water, a control system and method therefor and a landing control method therefor.SOLUTION: An unmanned aerial vehicle 100 comprises a vehicle body 10, a power device 30 connected to the vehicle body, and a control device 70 and a take-off and landing device 50, which are provided on the vehicle body. The power device and the take-off and landing device are electrically connected to the control device, respectively. The control device includes a landing surface detection assembly 74. The control device, when the landing surface detection assembly detects that a landing destination of the unmanned aerial vehicle is a water surface, controls working modes of the power device and the take-off and landing device such that the unmanned aerial vehicle can land and navigates on the water surface.
