Title:
UNMANNED CARRIAGE WITH TRANSFER DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3713566
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the device small-sized and inexpensive and lower the costs for use in a factory, etc., and make it possible to position both forks above a transfer bench by putting a bumper and a guide sensor outside specific positions at the time of loading and unloading.
SOLUTION: Rotary members 20 and 21 are fitted atop of both outriggers 13 respectively, and the rear side surfaces of bumpers 22 and 23 are fitted in front of rotary members 20 and 21. On the right-side reverse surface of the left rotary member 20, i.e., in the center of the tip part of the unmanned carrier with the transfer device, a guide sensor support 24 is fitted and in front of its bent part 24a, a guide sensor 25 is fitted which senses magnetism or electro- magnetism. While the transfer bench is positioned in front of the unmanned carrier, the carrier stops and then a rotary member driving motor 16 is driven to rotate an output shaft 19; and both the rotary members 20 and 21 rotate by 90° respectively and the transfer bench can be positioned at a specific position below both the forks and inside both the outriggers 13.
