Abstract:

To provide an unmanned contract device where the number of image pickup devices is reduced, the structure can be simplified and the manufacture cost can be reduced.

An image pickup means is constituted of a movable line sensor 101 fixed to a belt 102. The line sensor is moved on a certificate fixed and placed outside a device from A to B and the certificate is photographed. The line sensor is fixed in a position C and an application 104 inserted from the insertion port of the device and is transported in the device is photographed. Since the certificate and the application can be photographed by one image pickup means, the number of image pickup devices is reduced, the device can be miniaturized and manufacture cost, can be reduced.
