To provide an automated loan-application system for photographing an image of a customer again by using the customer's waiting time when the quality of an image of the customer photographed upon starting a transaction is not sufficient.

A customer terminal 1 waiting for the end of partial processing of a transaction performed by a center terminal 3, displays the image of the customer photographed upon starting the transaction and a customer image confirmation picture composed of an inputting means for instructing rephotographing, and rephotographs an image of the customer and transmits the image information to an operation management server 4 when rephotographing is requested by the inputting means with the customer's operation, and the operation management server 4 stores the image information of the customer received instead of the image information of the customer that has been already stored in a customer image database 5.
