To communicate information about a site condition.
A remotely-controlled unmanned mobile device(UMD) functioning as a robot scout with a remote control can be operated by either one of two modes. With an air-mobility mode, this UMD vertically takes off and lands, and flies to a site, and hovers thereon. With a ground-mobility mode, the UMD can walk with legs on the troublesome ground through wrecked structures and ruins.
