Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make injection possible with a sealing part of an injection container unsealed by sliding motion of an unsealing device by a method wherein the sealing part is provided, facing a nozzle of the injection container of the sealing material, a bottom cover is slidably mounted to a position near an opening with a space between the sealing part and the bottom cover filled with the sealing material, and the bottom cover is pressed when the injection container is mounted to an injection machine.
CONSTITUTION: An injection container is composed of a nozzle 22a provided in projection to the front end of a container main body 2a, a sealing part 3a facing the nozzle 22a and provided to the inside of an inner wall 20a of the container main body 2a, a bottom cover 4a fitted into the inside on the rear end of the container main body 2a, and an unsealing device 1 provided between the sealing part 3a and the bottom cover 4a. As the injection container is mounted to an injection machine and the bottom cover 4a is thrust toward a sealing material K, the sealing material is pressed out with the sealing part 3a unsealed with an edae 121 on the front end of the unsealing device.
