Abstract:
To easily unseal a package with a work hermetically sealed under a vacuum.
The work 14 while sealed under a vacuum is put in a vacuum chamber 18, and the inside of the chamber is reduced in pressure. A bag 16 swells by a gas remaining in the bag 16, so that films constituting the bag and the film and the work 14 are pulled off from each other. A region where the films have been pulled off from each other due to swelling of the bag 16 is cut by a cutter 28, the films are separated and the work 14 is taken out.
