To reliably sample unsolidified liquid at a desired sampling site without using a hydraulic cylinder or the like.
In an unsolidified liquid sampling device, a middle cylinder and an outer cylinder are fitted with each other expansively in the axial direction, a spring is internally mounted for constantly springing the inner and outer cylinders in their elongating directions, an unsolidified liquid intake port opened in one of the inner and outer cylinders is so positioned as to be closed during the contraction of the inner and outer cylinders and opened during the elongation of the inner and outer cylinders, a side groove extending in the peripheral direction and a longitudinal groove extending in the bus-line direction continuously with the side groove are formed in the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder, and a stop pin protruded on the outer peripheral face of the inner cylinder is so positioned that, when the stop pin is locked into the side groove, the inner and outer cylinders are held in a contracted condition to close the unsolidified liquid intake port, against the spring, and when the stop pin is moved into the longitudinal groove, the springing force of the spring works in the elongating direction of the inner and outer cylinders to open the unsolidified liquid intake port.
