A construction range information generation part 110 generates construction range information including a construction section indicating a construction content, a construction range indicating target equipment constituting a construction target, and connection existence indicating a connection relationship between the target equipment. A main work information generation part 120 identifies, on the basis of a work pattern table 193, a main work performed on the construction range and generates main work information indicating a main work performed on the construction range. An update target identification part 130 identifies, on the basis of an update target table 194, information of an update target corresponding to the main work indicated by main work information 121, of information contained in configuration/design information 195. A configuration/design information display part 140 displays the configuration/design information 195 and notes "update planned" in an update target part.
