Abstract:
To obtain upholstery for furniture having an flame retardant function and made of a recycled material.
This upholstery is obtained by performing the knitting of a surface layer 1 and a reverse surface layer 2 separately and is constituting it with a knit texture A knitting both layers 1, 2 in one unit, and also knitting the surface layer 1 with a flame retardant yarn 3 formed with compositing an acrylic fiber having a flame retarding function with a rayon fiber and the reverse surface layer 2 with a recycled polyester yarn 4. The mixing ratio of the recycled polyester yarn 4 is ≥50% based on all the raw materials.
